Paul McCartney’s Tug of War is his 1982 solo album, produced by George Martin and blending polished pop and rock with more reflective songwriting. The album includes “Ebony and Ivory” with Stevie Wonder, “Take It Away” and the moving “Here Today,” McCartney’s tribute to John Lennon. A strong early-80s McCartney album with an expansive, carefully produced sound.
